    SC300 Now With 5 Year Warranty

    Capturing value through the Smartsigns® range

    Equipment specifiers, budget holders and users all have different requirements and influences when it comes to equipment purchase, however, there is one theme which is consistent amongst all three groups and that is VALUE FOR MONEY.

    With this in mind, we are delighted to announce that all SC300 purchases supplied from October 2018 will be supported with a FIVE year parts and labour warranty as standard.

    A FIVE year warranty and UK manufacturing are a clear indication of product quality and reliability; and from a user’s perspective, this powerful combination will help them to meet their service delivery obligations.

    As a result of our commitment, we will be able to deliver higher levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.

    Customer benefits:

    •   Customers have better visibility of the product’s “whole life cost”.
    •   Long term budget planning and resource management should be more effective.
    •   With many service providers under cost containment and financial pressure, the extended warranty should enable them to manage their budgets and inventory more efficiently.
    •   Extended warranty reduces the customers’ exposure and reduces “life time unplanned maintenance costs”.


    So, to re-cap:

    All SC300’s which are produced at our facilities here in the UK will be supplied with a FIVE year parts and labour warranty.

    NOTE: this excludes service items such as batteries and consumables and of course the accessories which remain at ONE year.
