“Should an incorrect product which does not qualify for the exchange programme ( manufactured from 2015 or later) be returned to Huntleigh Healthcare, the discounted price will not apply on that product. Should that case occur, you will have the following option:

  – get that product(s) returned (shipping cost will apply)

  – get the product(s) serviced at a standard servicing rate or

  – you will have the choice to purchase a replacement product at standard list price.”
