This hour-long webinar is designed for clinicians, professionals involved in fetal monitoring. It explores the Dawes Redman® interpretation tool, the Oxford University validated algorithm used to assess computerised traces in antenatal settings.

This second webinar looks at 7 real-life dilemmas, including twins, hypervariability, pre-term, brain abnormality cases which that you will be able to review and question.

Participants will be able to:  

  • Consolidate their knowledge on the Dawes Redman algorithm
  • Do a deeper dive into signal processing
  • Review some of the existing evidence behind the “criteria not met”
  • Reflect and ask questions on real-life cases to help with clinical dilemmas monitoring

Meet the Trainer – Dr Becky Liu (MD, MRCOG, MBBS)

Consultant Obstetrician and Subspecialist in Maternal Fetal Medicine, Birmingham Women’s Hospital

Dr. Becky Liu is a Consultant Obstetrician and Subspecialist in Maternal–Fetal Medicine with a strong clinical and academic focus on cardiotocography (CTG) monitoring and fetal surveillance in high‑risk pregnancies. She completed her training in the UK, including advanced fetal medicine training and a clinical research fellowship at St George’s Healthcare NHS Trust, London, where she developed particular expertise in fetal monitoring and maternal–fetal physiology. Becky is an experienced educator and speaker, and has presented on fetal monitoring and CTG interpretation at RCOG associated meetings and educational forums, contributing to ongoing improvements in clinical standards.
