Exchange in 4 Simple Steps

Trade in your old Huntleigh Sonicaid Dopplers today and save up to 30% of the price of a new Sonicaid SRX Digital Doppler with Interchangeable Probe or Sonicaid Digital SR2/SR3 – Waterproof Rate & Trace Display Dopplers with fixed 2MHz or 3MHz

1. Complete the Enquiry Form

Please fill in online form in full. The more details you give us the quicker we can confirm your old Dopplers qualify for the exchange.

2. We’ll Be In Touch

Once you have submitted your enquiry form, our customer care team will be in touch within 10 working days. They will confirm the exchange and raise a purchase order for the Dopplers of your choice. They will give you a Return Authorisation.

3. Return Your Old Dopplers

Print the Return Authorisation, grab a box, pack your items, and send them to the address on the Return Authorisation. Don’t forget to include the Return Authorisation in the package.

Keep in mind we can’t release any orders until we have received your old Dopplers.

4. Final Checks

Once we receive your old Dopplers, our service team will check them over. Your Dopplers don’t need to be working to be exchanged. As long as the serial number(s) match to the ones mentioned on the form submitted they will be accepted.

After we’ve completed our checks, your new Sonicaid Dopplers will be sent straight away.
